General Information Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and to be a part of our cause. If your purchase didn't turn out exactly as you expected, we'll do everything we can to make it right. Our Product Exchange and Return Policy complies with current legislation. All information contained herein is valid only for purchases made through the online store, and does not apply to purchases made in physical stores. It is not possible to exchange products purchased online at physical stores.
Customer Service Center To better assist you, any questions, reports of damage, discrepancies, defects, or purchase cancellations should be made via email to [email protected]. Our sales team will use this channel to resolve any issues. After receiving your message, we will respond within 3 (three) business days.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code) According to Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase made in our online store. In this case, we will make a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping, after receiving and analyzing the returned product, provided it is in perfect condition.
2. Exchange due to Defect or Problematic Product If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer may request an exchange or return within the legal period of up to 90 (ninety) days after receipt. After the item is sent, a technical analysis will be carried out and, if the defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, according to the customer's preference.
3. General Conditions for Exchanges and Returns The returned product must be in perfect condition, with the original certificate, packaging, and invoice. Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for exchange or return, except in case of defect.
4. Refund - Reimbursement The value of the returned product will be refunded according to the payment method used for your purchase. It is important to remember that the refund will only be processed after the returned product has been received and its condition has been assessed by the Jaguar Parade® team. For purchases made with a credit card, the refund may appear on up to two subsequent billing statements, depending on your card's billing cycle. Please note that this procedure is the responsibility of your credit card company.
