The Inspiration Behind the Artwork

Created by the socially conscious artist Ju Barros, this artwork raises awareness about the drastic decline of the jaguar population. "Jaguar Natura" features representations of the Atlantic Forest and the Caatinga to symbolize threatened biomes. The artwork incorporates a sun as an expression of the urgency to care and take action. The artist transforms this environmental warning into a visual manifesto, where each element represents the need for action to restore the balance of ecosystems.

About Jaguar Parade

Jaguar Parade is an art movement with a powerful purpose: to unite art and awareness in support of jaguar conservation and the protection of their natural habitats. Through open-air cultural exhibitions, we transform urban spaces into living galleries, sparking curiosity, inspiring reflection, and encouraging dialogue about the importance of conservation.
