The Inspiration Behind the Artwork
Created by artist Danilo Yamamoto, this artwork stems from a deeply meaningful research endeavor and personal project. "Cicatrizes Kintsugi" is inspired by the ancient Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics with lacquer dusted or mixed with gold powder. In this depiction of the jaguar, the scars symbolize the destruction humanity has inflicted upon nature, while the golden seams reveal that there is still hope for the species—and for all of us.

About Jaguar Parade
Jaguar Parade is an art movement with a powerful purpose: to unite art and awareness in support of jaguar conservation and the protection of their natural habitats.
